January 01, 2008 - Gulf and Bay Club in Sarasota hired Vanessa Ladzinski!

Areas:

One of the best ways for a manager to prepare for a job interview is to be ready to answer questions about previous work related experiences. A common interview question is, "Why did you leave your last job?" When responding, it is very important to be truthful, accurate and positive in your explanation. An interview is not the proper time to vent or be negative about previous employers. When asked, it is best to explain the situation briefly and to stay positive and professional at all times. You can also share what you have learned through the experience.

* Michael Soucy has already begun his new job as manager for The Criterion in Pompano Beach

* Gulf and Bay Club in Sarasota hired Vanessa Ladzinski as the community association manager for their association

* Pauline Johnson-Clarke is the new manager of Cairbé in Lauderdale by the Sea
