In a job interview it is important to be as relaxed and calm as possible. Shake hands firmly with all board and committee members present at the meeting. Maintain eye contact, act confident, show respect, respond enthusiastically and keep a positive attitude when answering interview questions. Remember your body language and posture. You should sit up straight, look alert and interested for the whole interview. Try not to slouch or fidget with your hair and clothing. Do not chew gum, eat, answer your cell phone or send text messages. Always remember to smile!
