On behalf of the board of directors and residents of Georgian Court, I would personally like to thank you and CondoJobs for providing us with our wonderful new manager. Her name is Gudrun Serr-Marinkovic and her leadership will be a valuable asset to our association in the years ahead. She is acutely skilled in finance, has a terrific demeanor in dealing with our residents and approaches her challenges here very optimistically.

Her employment is a result of your expertise in placing us with the most qualified CAM manager, and I am extremely grateful. My retirement, after managing for 28 years, will be all the more satisfying, knowing that my placement is so highly experienced and a dedicated professional in the community association management arena.
