Swan Denger, in her own words . . .

I am a morning person, I get up singing, while the Starbucks is brewing and plan my work day. I love community association management because I have places to go, things to do and people to see. I have often heard people say that if they win the lottery, don’t expect them back at work. Not me, I work because I love the work I do.

I believe the work I do serves others and makes a difference in the world around me. It is important to have high personal standards and to be a person of integrity. I strive to solve problems and maintain focus with follow through. I endeavor to do all things well and maintain a reputation of excellence.

Networking with fellow managers is also important. I attend weekly CMA lunch meetings to exchange ideas and solve problems. I also attend education courses throughout the year to keep current in my knowledge, expertise and skill development. I value my work, I believe what I do is important, I have high ideals and I am committed to my profession in community association management.
