Scott and Bonnie Wise, in their own words . . .

We manage condominiums for a living. It may not be the most glorious job in the world, and no one gives you a medal at the end of the day. However, the pay is good and there are opportunities to earn extra money through additional maintenance work for owners after hours. More than anything else, it allows us to work together.

Bonnie and I are a wonderful team, both professionally and in our private lives. Managing associations lets us work together. I spend my work hours doing maintenance. Bonnie spends her day managing the business of the association. We can have lunch together every day. Managing also means that we don't need a babysitter for our two wonderful children, Lori, 10 years old, and Michael, 6.

Managing where we live also means no rush hour traffic, no long commutes to work, no getting up two hours before work starts and no drive home. At five o'clock on Friday we are off for the weekend and don't need to worry about getting stuck in traffic on the way home.

That's why we manage condominiums. It's a wonderful job that pays well and allows us to spend more time together. This is great for our family.
