Patricia Rhinesmith Is the New Manager of Southbrook!

The busy hurricane season hasn't slowed recruiting efforts down too much. Fortunately, we have been able to continue assisting associations in their search for managers in spite of all the power outages and storm damage across the state. Southbrook Condominium in Jacksonville has hired Patricia Rhinesmith as their new resident manager. Patricia has four years of management experience, and is relocating to Jacksonville from Edgewater. Southbrook is a family based community with 232 units, a tennis court and a fitness center. Robert Biz recently accepted the manager's position at Carlton Terrace, an oceanfront condominium in Bal Harbor. Bob brings over 20 years of association management experience in South Florida to his new position. Bob said, "This is a fantastic opportunity with a tremendous board of directors and I am honored to work with a beautiful staff. We are working on concrete restoration and painting to restore the building to its original status and colors. It is a very nice building!"

Some other recent success stories this month include Gustavo Martinez is now the manager of Royal Saxon, a 141 unit association on the intracoastal in Palm Beach. This is Gustavo's first community association management position. Gheorghe Constantinescu has started his new position as the resident manager of Sea Tower in Fort Lauderdale. This is also Gheorghe's first management job. Parent Management has hired Richard Hamilton to manage a 170 unit mobile home community in Haines City. Steve Lisi is now the manager for Le Chateau Royal on the ocean in Palm Beach. Steve has been in association management for 19 years. We wish these associations and their new managers very well!
