Brad Phillips assumed his position as our new General Manager last Wednesday, February 15, 2017. He has been an excellent choice and he reflects all of the characteristics that our organization needed in light of our current age and personality. You have personally been very instrumental in leading us to this conclusion. As you mentioned, there were many candidates that were interested in the position, but you screened the applicants and passed on to our search committee only those that met our specifications. This process saved the committee members innumerable hours of work, streamlined the process and presented to us a very able core group to identify as interviewees.

When I first took on the assignment to chair the Search Committee, I imagined working with numberless sources and indistinguishable candidates. All of my concerns were quickly erased during our first discussion. You and your organization are invaluable assets to the field of community associations and I applaud the work that you do.
