Perry McDonald Is the New Manager of Coral Ridge Tower North!
Coral Ridge Tower North in Fort Lauderdale has hired Perry McDonald as their new resident manager. Coral Ridge Towers North is a 336 unit condominium on the Intracoastal. Perry has been a manager for 8 years, and has also previously served as a board member. Suzann Arnaud recently accepted the activity director position at The Wave in Hollywood. The Wave is an upscale, oceanfront association with 551 units. Suzann has been a community association manager in Florida for two years, and worked in apartment management in London for four years. She has written articles about health, wellness, yoga, nutrition and fitness. She is also a doctor of Naturopathy.
Some other recent new positions include Carl Ellis is now the manager of Fountainhead, a 127 unit association on the ocean in Lauderdale by the Sea. Don Campbell has started his new position as the manager of Cloister Beach Towers in Boca Raton. Claridge by the Sea has hired Tim and Melody Cook as their new management team to manage their 20 unit association on the ocean in Jensen Beach (for more about Tim and Melody, please see below). Janet Kanes is now the new manager for Seascape of Little Hickory Island on the gulf in Bonita Springs. The Coquina Condominium on the ocean in Saint Augustine has hired Wanda Austin and Chet Pillsbury as their new resident managers. Olivia Jackson has accepted the manager's position at Stonewood Towers. Olivia has over 10 years of association management experience. Stonewood Towers is a 188 unit beachfront condominium in Cocoa Beach. We wish these associations, their new managers and all readers a very Happy New Year!

Tim and Melody Are "Too Blessed To Be Stressed"
Tim and Melody Cook moved to Florida in 2000 because of the beautiful weather and beaches. However, their home in Pensacola Beach was heavily damaged by one the four hurricanes that ravaged the state this year. However, they are very pleased with their new position at Claridge by the Sea. Melody said, "We love the job. We're not quite settled in yet, but it feels like home already. We are too blessed to be stressed!"
Responsibilities include hurricane restoration at Claridge, which suffered two direct hits from Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne. Tim said, "It's out goal to restore the association to the most pristine and exclusive community on Jensen Beach."
Tim got his CAM license in 2002, and has many years of experience in maintenance and apartment management. Melody has a background in accounting, customer service and office administration. She says she enjoys helping people, but the best part of this job is that they are able to work together. The couple recently celebrated their 38 month anniversary! Tim said they celebrate their anniversary on the sixth of every month by going out to dinner together. He likes association management because it takes many different skills, and adds, "It's all about attitude and efforts, you are as good as you want to be if you apply yourself."
