Areas: Gainesville

Experienced or new CAM in the Gainesville area. Will be responsible for covenant enforcement, assisting boards with day to day aspects of managing an association, preparing for and conducting association meetings, reviewing financial reports, project management, preparing service bids and overseeing contractors. Must be knowledgeable with Florida statutes and be proficient with understanding and executing the requirements of the governing documents of an association. Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). We use the Trello application for communication and organization. Will be responsible for the management and day to day implementation of the procedures and programs that will ensure a well managed and maintained community.

Requirements:

* Highly motivated and confident professional.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Detail oriented.

* Problem solving skills.

* Competent in Excel, Word and Outlook.

* Experience with QuickBooks, financial reports and budgets.

Responsibilities:

* Operations Management: Responsible for the day to day operations of all aspects of the community to ensure excellent service.

* Maintenance: Solicit bids, provide comparisons and monitor maintenance relating to the association and aesthetic appearance of the association.

* Communication: Manage individual account information with the utmost confidentiality, communicating professionally both oral and written information effectively.

* Develop and monitor the budget in a timely basis in a manner that supports the financial expectations of the board and association. Job #12595
