Licensed community association manager for a beachfront condominium in New Smyrna Beach. Will coordinate management and operations duties. Will work with existing staff consisting of an office manager, maintenance director and broker/rental manager. Rental program is not a direct part of manager’s duties, and is overseen by the rental manager.

Must have established skills and experience in:

* Management and maintenance of a superior beachfront residential condominium.

* Strong people skills in working with the board, owners, renters, guests, vendors and staff.

* Condominium finances.

* Annual operating budget and reserve schedule.

* Planning and execution of periodic repairs and capital projects.

* Selection and oversight of contractors.

* Managing staff schedules.

* Review and processing of periodic invoices.

* Insurance.
