Experienced secretary/receptionist with an eye to advancing to association manager for a condominium in Madeira Beach. The association has a large volume of short term rentals. Duties would include processing of the rentals into Excel spreadsheets and QuickBooks software. The position requires good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online would be helpful. It also requires good people skills as there will be a high degree of tenant interface. This is a 40 hour per week position. Job #11768
