Areas: Punta Gorda

Portfolio manager for associations in the Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte area. Will have the opportunity to effectively communicate with the boards and dedicate time to managing the associations. Will have an excellent support staff and encourage work/life balance.

Responsibilities:

* Perform site inspections, document violations and corrections.

* Attend board and committee meetings and prepare timely minutes.

* Prepare board packets prior to meetings.

* Involvement in the budget process.

* Obtain bids from vendors.

* Effectively communicate with the board.

* Manage and coach onsite staff.

* Monitor contracts.

* Prepare mailings.

* Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely fashion.

* Strong customer service skills.

* Effective management experience.

* Ability to calm irate individuals and remain professional at all times.
