April 15, 2023 - CAM/Office Manager: $25 per hour

Areas: Tampa Clearwater

CAM/Office manager for a wonderful homeowners association in Pasco County, 30-40 hours per week, needed as soon as possible. Will prepare records and files according to standard practices, perform duties and uphold Chapter 720 of the Florida statutes, prepare deposits, mail dues statements and official notices, maintain member database and account information, process accounts payable and type correspondence.


* Must have at least 3-5 years of community association management experience.

* Must have a valid driver’s license.

* Must have solid references. * Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks accounting software or equivalent.


* Assist members efficiently and respectfully. Answers questions, complaints, account information, records requests, fob purchases, forms and documents.

* Enter payments into the accounting software, reconcile deposits with entries and produce accurate financial statements.

* Maintain an accurate member database.

* Maintain and update the official homeowners association website.

* Post the meeting notices.

* Prepare agendas, attend board meetings and draft meeting minutes.

* Support committees: Coordinate, organize and attend meetings.

* Liaison to attorney for association legal questions, foreclosures, liens and collections.

- Provide estoppel certificates for property transfers (closings).

* Conduct orientation and registration with new members.

* Record quarterly dues payments and maintain up to date dues payment log.

* Prepare and make deposits.

* Review bank statements for the treasurer’s review.

* Manage dues accounts, monitor delinquencies and track collections.

* Obtain bids and manage vendor relationships.

* Schedule common area maintenance.

* Manage special projects.

* Code invoices, process board approved payables and time sheets to bookkeeping.

* File receipts for paid invoices.

* Review monthly financial reports and work with bookkeeping to maintain accurate reports on budget, expenses, member accounts, vendors and reserve accounts.

* Prepare the agenda and materials for the monthly board meetings, post on the website.
