We Placed Over $500,000 In Salaries Last Month!

As Florida's premier recruiting service, we are continuing to meet the needs of community association board members and managers. This past month has been tremendously successful for CondoJobs Recruiting Service. We placed $572,000 in salaries in one month! This is salary only, and doesn't include the total compensation packages, such as apartments, utilities, health insurance, car allowance, cell phones, etc. We are very excited about the ongoing growth in our recruiting service and are pleased to share the results of our efforts with you.

Chet and Wanda Pillsbury have been hired as the resident management team for Sea Fields Club. Sea Fields Club is a 30 unit association on the ocean in Delray Beach. Some of the Pillsbury's new responsibilities include bookkeeping, light maintenance and managing the association's rental program. Chet said, "We are truly enjoying being back in Southern Florida. Sea Fields Club has given us a very warm welcome and made us feel right at home. They are even having the manager's apartment remodeled for us. We are looking forward to a long and exciting time here. We believe we have found the perfect job for us."

La Playa in Longboat Key has hired Marlene McGowan as the new manager of their beautiful 20 unit community. Marlene is from Bradenton, and has over 14 years of community association management experience. Ted Herrle is working at his new job as director of Community Services for Admiral's Cove. Admiral's Cove is a large, multiple association gated community across from the beach in Jupiter. Their amenities include a clubhouse, 2 pools, a dog park and a golf course. Ted brings 19 years of professional management experience to his new position.

Ed Dunn has relocated from Tennessee for his new job as manager of Sandpointe Townhome Owner's Association in Orlando. Stonewood Towers in Cocoa Beach recently hired Charlie Abell as their new manager. They are on the ocean and have many amenities. Charlie moved to Cocoa Beach from Wildwood, and has been a manager for over 13 years. Vanessa Ladzinski has started her new job as manager of Casa Blanca, a 90 unit association on the beach in Sarasota. Don Campbell is now managing the Atriums in Palm Beach. The Atriums is an elegant beachfront association with 106 units. Regency Plaza in Ormond Beach hired Patricia Rhinesmith as their new resident manager. She has already moved into her apartment and begun working for the association. John and Faith Norton recently accepted jobs with Tradewinds in New Smyrna Beach. They will live at the association and serve as a management team. John has a broker's license, and they will also manage the rental program for the 96 unit oceanfront community.
