Community association manager for a homeowners association in Wellington. Must have a friendly attitude, professional demeanor, experience in the management of staff, know when to delegate and when to pitch in.
Requirements:
* Know the contract and perform tasks in accordance with their terms.
* Routinely review the community and report architectural and violations to the board members.
* Assist the board with obtaining bids from qualified and approved vendors.
* Handle all association correspondence.
* Attend meetings.
* Review work orders and make recommendations for repetitive problems or reoccurrences.
* Ensure continuity on all information being sent to the boards and residents.
* Proactively handle state statute requirements and upcoming changes.
* Must have the ability to work outdoors 40% of the time.
* Frequently work at a fast pace with frequent interruptions.
