Part time assistant manager for an oceanfront condominium in Palm Beach, 20-30 hours per week. CAM license preferred, but not required. Must be professional and self motivated as well as possess a hospitable personality to act as liaison with owners and board members. Must also be responsible, self disciplined, detail oriented, organized and contribute to the day to day operations of a condominium.

* Must have strong computer skills, ideally including Adobe Creative Cloud, newsletter development web design skills, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, Zoom, QuickBooks and Building Link.

Responsibilities:
* Assist manager with office duties.
* Record and track inventory.
* Process work orders.
* Process agreements, estimates and invoices.
* Answer phones.
* Assist with scheduling maintenance for the association.
* Subcontractor and vendor management.
* Set up purchaser and tenant interviews.
* Assist with communication with the owner community.
* Create and continually maintain and update electronic records.
* Assist the manager with the construction documentation approval process for unit renovations. Assist permit process for renovations.
