CAM for a beautifully maintained RV condominium association located in Okeechobee Experience of 3-5 years preferred, but not necessary. Will work closely with the board to manage and operate the community, facilitate solutions to problems between communities and support staff. Will manage all employees and contractors. Strong management skills, customer service skills and supervisory skills in support of the care and maintenance of the community.
Requirements:
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Outlook email.
* Inspect the community and make maintenance recommendations.
* Knowledge of Florida statutes governing community associations.
* Strong communication and organization skills to be able to meet reasonable deadlines.
* Financial management and working knowledge of budgeting.
Responsibilities:
* Work independently and perform routine inspections with focus on safety, structural and aesthetics. Inform the board of any deficiencies or issues.
* Verify the need for service requests and direct the requests for correction.
* Inform the board of pending work, problems and difficulties with contractors.
* Verify all completed repairs and work which requires payment by the association.
* Attend board meetings. Prepare the agenda and board meeting package, to be distributed to each board member.
* Assure that the association complies with Florida statutes in all aspects.
* Obtain competitive bids.
