Manager for an upscale condominium in Fort Lauderdale. At least 5 years of experience is required. Must be highly organized and have a solid management background. Excellent written and communication skills a must. Must be courteous and capable to handle residents' concerns effectively and in a non biased manner. Must have the ability to manage staff, including security, maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping and overseeing contractors. An engineering background would be good. Bilingual, English/Spanish, would be helpful.

Requirements:

* Ability to obtain bids for projects and oversee same.

* Knowledge of the budgeting process.

* Able to attend and report at association meetings.

* Ability to interpret financial reports.

* Ability to understand and follow the governing documents of the association, as well as compliance with the Florida statutes. Job #12553
