Full time community association manager with 3-5 years minimum experience for the management of a high rise condominium in the Fort Lauderdale Beach Area. Will work closely with the board and the maintenance manager to ensure that the building functions well on a daily basis.
Requirements:
* In depth knowledge of state rules and regulations surrounding association management, including Florida Statute 718.
* Fully understand the financial aspects of association management.
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
* Solid organizational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of building maintenance requirements.
* Self directed, motivated and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google and the ability to learn new software.
Responsibilities:
* Perform day to day administrative operation of the community, including finances, administration and compliance with condominium documents and laws.
* Work closely with the accounting firm on accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, budgeting, audits, closings and payroll to ensure the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of finances, variance reports.
* Work with a wide range of professionals, including governmental authorities, contractors, owners, etc., for inspections, closings and conducting interviews for prospective owners or tenants.
* Preparation of documentation for all meetings, including board meetings, budget meetings, annual meetings, special meetings, elections.
* Manage relationships with owners, including inquiries and complaints, while enforcing the association’s governing documents and rules and regulations.
* File and maintain all records for easy retrieval.
* Maintain the association’s website.
* Prepare a detailed monthly manager’s report. Job #11050
