Former community association manager to work as an association insurance coordinator in the Boca Raton area. Must be passionate about helping associations and management companies navigate the complex world of insurance. Will act as the bridge between the sales team, management companies and association boards, using their unique understanding of the community association industry to deliver customized support and risk management solutions.

This role involves a mix of client interaction, sales team support, risk management strategy, ensuring community associations receive exceptional service and expert guidance. The service area for the position is from Fort Lauderdale to Vero Beach, with a couple days a week in the office in the Boca Raton area.

Required Qualifications:

* Former experience as a community association manager or a deep understanding of community association operations.

* Familiarity with the unique insurance needs and challenges faced by community associations.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with managers and association boards.

* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Willingness to travel for meetings, presentations and community inspections.

* Active or willingness to obtain a resident insurance license.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Team Support

* Assist the sales team in securing agreements to transition clients seamlessly.

* Contact incumbent brokers to gather and organize insurance data files to support policy placement and renewals.

* Inspect associations and document conditions to provide accurate risk assessments.

* Collaborate with placement brokers to build comprehensive and accurate forms for insurance proposals.

* Obtain and maintain a resident insurance license to ensure compliance with state specific requirements.

* Actively participate in regular training sessions and company meetings to stay up to date on industry best practices and company updates.

Management Company and Manager Support

* Leverage your community management experience to serve as a trusted resource for management companies and managers.

* Attend sales presentations alongside management company sales staff, offering insurance expertise and insights into risk management.

* Compile and deliver a list of tailored risk management best practices for management companies to share with their communities.

* Maintain and update a comprehensive insurance data portal for management companies to ensure seamless access to critical information.

* Utilize the company’s ticketing system to manage service requests and correspondence efficiently.

* Host an annual insurance training session for managers, sharing strategies for improving insurance coverage and compliance.

Association Board Support

* Attend association board meetings to provide insurance guidance, answer questions and address concerns specific to community associations.

* Serve as a primary point of contact for board members, offering prompt responses to inquiries and scheduling needs.

* Lead annual insurance training sessions for association boards, empowering them to make informed decisions about their community’s insurance coverage. Job #13050
