Part time onsite manager for a community in Delray Beach, 30 hours per week, immediate opening. Must have at least 3 years of CAM experience and be a proactive self starter with a good work ethic, good people skills and good references. Must be very organized to do reports and work orders, as well as inspect the association. TOPS Software and CINC Systems knowledge and experience would be helpful.
