Community association general manager for a premier association in North Fort Myers. Will be responsible for providing the overall supervision of the community, including inspections, overall maintenance, vendor and contract management, budgeting and invoice processing, interact with owners, vendors, board members and committee members. Will also oversee the onsite food and beverage operations.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise the operation and administration of the community.
* Act as the primary liaison with the board and owners as.
* Perform and direct administrative and management duties.
* Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the board.
* Conduct inspections, generate violation notices and the enforcement process.
* Provide and oversee recommendations to the board and committees regarding major capital expenditures to maintain the desired community appearance and operation.
* Monitor delinquency rates and the collections process.
* Attend board meetings and community events.
* Prepare board packages.
*Ensure board members are aware of legal actions involving the association.
* Maintain unit and contract files.
* Assist with the architectural review process and routine inspections.
* Responsible for maintenance of records data base, including updating resident information.
* Responsible for routine and special project vendor management including procurement, as well as performance evaluation.
* Coordinate and oversee inspections of building facilities and common areas and arrange appropriate follow up actions.
* Work with the executive chef and front of the house manager on food and beverage operations.
* Practice and adhere to service standards.
* Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical standards.
* Perform or assist with any operations to maintain workflow and meet schedules.
* May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain a specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies and regulatory guidelines.
* Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing duties.
