Larry Bensinger Is the New Manager of Windwood Homeowners Association!
Windwood Homeowners Association has hired Larry Bensinger as their new community association manager. Windwood is a 120 acre gated community in Boca Raton. Larry is from Miami and has over 14 years of management experience, including large scale association management. Dustin Travis has started his new job as manager of Pelican Sound Gulf and River Club in Estero. Pelican Sound is a 1,299 unit master association on 545 acres, with a 27 hole golf course. Dustin said, "The board of directors, residents and general manager are the types of people that make it a joy to be here."
Tortoise Island in Satellite Beach has hired Taina Plagmann as their new manager. This is Taina's first CAM position in Florida. She is from Iowa and has 15 years of association management experience in the Cedar Rapids area. Mike Roods is working at his new job as manager of Riverwoods Plantation. Riverwoods is a 640 unit 55 and over community in Estero. This is Mike's first job as a community association manager, he has 30 years of finance and operation experience. Mike said, "The first five weeks have been a rush and much has been accomplished, including a new community channel for communications to the unit owners. I am looking forward to the challenges ahead."
Daniel Barrett has relocated from California and is now the resident manager of Ariel Condominium in Fort Myers. Ariel Condominium is a beautiful 135 unit high rise on the Caloosahatchee River. Andrew Miller has been hired to manage South Lake Association, a luxury association in Palm Beach. Andy has been a community association manager since 2001, and previously worked as a commercial property manager for 11 years in West Palm Beach. Towers of Quayside, Tower One recently hired Paul Libert as their new manager. They are an 18 story high rise in Miami with 216 units. Paul is also president of the Northeast Dade Coalition, an organization dedicated to providing education and training to board members and unit owners.
