CondoJobs.com Has a New Interactive Search Feature!

Our website at CondoJobs.com has a new interactive search feature for the convenience of managers searching for jobs by geographic area. Managers may now view the availability of jobs in many areas of the state with a simple click of a mouse. The upgraded homepage has a map of Florida with a job count in the major regions of the state. You may access information about the jobs in that region by clicking on the name of the area, which is a link to brief descriptions of the open positions. The popular scrolling list of current jobs, news and information remains on the page, and is now located directly under the map of Florida.

Managers may also download a membership kit at CondoJobs.com. We are currently working with over 130 associations and management companies to assist them in their search for a manager. If you know of any managers who are looking for a job, please have them contact us.

Steve and Missi Sullivan are the new resident managers for The Reef Resort in Marathon. The Reef is a 22 unit timeshare association on the gulf side of the island. Steve and Missi enjoy living in the Keys and work great together as a team. Hillsboro Cove Condominium has hired Bob Lorang as their new manager. Bob has over 14 years of community association management experience. Hillsboro Cove is a 318 unit 55 and over community in Deerfield Beach. They have many amenities, including a clubhouse, boat docks, exercise room, billiards room and library. Bob said, "I feel very good about the alliance you have created through Hillsboro Cove Condominium and myself."

The Oaks at Boca Raton has hired David Hirsch as assistant manager. David most recently worked as a clubhouse manager, and has several years of experience in the cruise line industry. Albert Killigan has already started at his new job at Carriage Club. Albert has been an association manager in South Florida since 1997. Wayne and Terry McMillan will soon be starting their first position as resident managers of Seafarer Owners Association in Pensacola. Seafarer is a waterfront resort that suffered severe damage from Hurricane Ivan. Restoration efforts are underway and will be some of the first responsibilities for the new managers.

We have been dedicated to matching licensed community association managers with communities and management companies who are in need of their services for over 19 years. This service is free for associations and management companies that need managers. If you are looking for a manager, please call me at (561) 791-0426 so I can assist you in your search. We honor all requests for confidentiality.

I look forward to hearing from you,
Lisa Pinder
