Pam and I would like to thank you for your efforts to secure a management position for us. Our criteria was simple: must be on the beach, preferably on the East coast, must be 2 hours away from our grandkids in Cocoa, must have a board that is very proactive and must keep Pam and I busy.

You found us the perfect place in Hutchinson House Condominiums on Hutchinson Island. Not only does it fulfill our expectations to the letter, but it is also paradise to us. We have a great board and all the owners we have met have been most gracious to Pam and I. The location is simply beautiful. Everyone has been more than helpful in making us feel at home.
