December 17, 2021 - Portfolio Community Association Manager: $45,000-$60,000

Areas: Fort Myers Naples

Portfolio community association manager for the Naples/Fort Myers area, immediate opening. Must be energetic and dedicated. The position includes assisting boards and committees, managing vendors, analyzing financial statements and budgets, managing deed restriction enforcement, managing regular board meetings and annual meetings. Will be supported by a dedicated administrative assistant. Must have strong condominium and homeowners association management experience of 2+ years, the ability to work with boards and good diplomatic skills. Must be a team player, organized, ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written communications, and provide accurate feedback. CAI designations a plus.

Requirements:

* Familiar with vendor management and construction and maintenance issues.

* Understanding of community association business and financial statements.

* Ability to motivate, cultivate and negotiate with boards and committees.

* Professional verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong computer skills: Must be proficient with the applications in the Microsoft Office Suite.

* Strong organization and time management skills.

* High integrity, honesty and professionalism.

* Exceptionally strong customer service orientation.

* Ability to multitask effectively.

* Able to supervise vendors, contractors and maintenance personnel.

* Understand basic accounting principles.

* Must attend all board meetings.
