Competent, responsible and experienced manager to run the day to day operations of a condominium in Miami Beach.


* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

* Strong organization, time management and presentation skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Prepare and provide status reports of all work, including work order summary and violations summary.

* Maintain association calendar and agenda.

* Maintain up to date list of owners and residents.

* Organize and attend board meetings and publish minutes.

* Secure competitive bids for contract work.

* Status reports for insurance claims and settlements.

* Coordinate with residents to enforce building rules and regulations.

* Coordinate tasks and schedules pertaining to the association and outside vendors.

* Track and seek approval from the association of unit sales, lease approvals and background checks.

* Log and report complaints and actions taken to remedy issues.

* Document and pursue fines for rule violations.

* Interface with construction project team and residents.

* Monitor progress of the project and report to the board members.

* Ensure board approvals are received promptly to move projects along.

* Coordinate resident parking relocation during garage renovation.

* Coordinate access for engineers, contractors and other outside vendors pertaining to the projects.

* Prepare documents and communication to update the board on the progress of the projects.
