Experienced portfolio manager needed for multiple communities in Lee County (Fort Myers). Minimum 3 year of experience as a licensed CAM. Must be knowledgeable of Chapter 718 and the new structural inspection requirements for buildings three stories or higher.
Requirements:
* 3 years of CAM experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate if experience is less.
* Excellent administrative, budgeting and finance skills.
* Able to read financials and prepare the annual proposed budget.
* Display engaging interpersonal skills with a positive and energetic attitude.
* Provide dependable follow up, as well as a high level of organization skills.
* Strong leadership qualities.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
* Excellent judgment, discretion and organization is required.
* Inspections and corrective action follow up.
* Prepare the boards for meetings and run effective meetings.
* Detail oriented and able to multitask, set goals and prioritize projects.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Zoom.
* Management software is a must. TOPS ONE and StrongRoom Software is a plus.
* Monday through Fri, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
* No on call required.
* Small portfolio to start, can build to achieve more pay.
* In house maintenance and pool division to support managers.
* Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
