Architectural review committee manager for an oceanfront community in Stuart. Will coordinate all construction and renovation with the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and architect. Will attend meetings, record and transcribe minutes and provide administrative support for the committee. Will interface with contractors, vendors, and members with regard to governing documents and guidelines.
Major Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with the general manager and ARC chair on projects and correspondence.
* Prepare meeting notices and agendas, attend meetings and record and distribute monthly meeting minutes.
* Maintain correspondence and coordinate communication.
* Manage applications by residents and their architects, engineers, contractors and other professionals. Assist with the preparation with applications for residents, including taking photographs of proposed projects and existing conditions.
* Provide access and copies of applications, related documents, governing documents, plat maps, SFP dock window map.
* Directly review and ensure compliance with the architectural review guidelines and governing documents for exterior changes and improvements to individual residences.
* Monitor Martin County building permits to ensure compliance with ARC requirements.
Education/Training/Certificates/Licenses:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience in residential construction preferred.
* Must be a Florida Notary Public.
* Florida Community Association Manager license required or the ability to obtain within 6 months from date of hire.
* Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, Martin County plat maps, governing documents and architectural review guidelines.
