Full time onsite CAM for a large condominium in Tarpon Springs. Must have at least 5 years of experience in managing condominiums. Must be experienced in accounting, TOPS software, budgeting, preparing financials, board meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and newsletters, as well as over all management knowledge of overseeing the daily operation of the community, including all staff members and vendors.
