Areas: Jensen Beach

Executive administrator for a waterfront community in Stuart. Must be a dynamic leader to oversee, manage day to day operations and assist the board to provide the best level of service to the community. Will lead a small dedicated team to ensure a proactive maintenance schedule, handle administrative duties and address urgent issues. This onsite role requires strong administrative background skills, the ability to communicate effectively and a commitment to making this a premier community. Will oversee 4 employees and report directly to the board, and take full ownership of the role Monday through Friday. Must be a proactive, results driven leader eager to make a lasting impact.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in association management or a related field preferred.

* Strong administration and organization skills.

* Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet software, Zoom meetings and the ability to train and use association management software.

* Strong problem solving and organization skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* CAM license is preferred, but will allow 90 days to acquire the license.

* Strong Administrative Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain systematic records. Must have a strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Presentation and Data Software.

* Attention to Detail: Precision in handling paperwork, maintaining records and overseeing repairs.

* Leadership and Supervision: Capable to lead teams and ensure maintenance staff and subcontractors meet expectations.

* Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of budgeting, billing and financial management.

* Adaptable and Flexible: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and challenges.

* Time Management: Efficiently balance daily operations, meetings and administrative tasks.
