December 10, 2024 - Experienced Community Association Manager: $60,000-$65,000

Areas: Fort Myers

Experienced and highly motivated community association manager needed for an association in Fort Myers, immediate opening. This is a full time position that requires excellent communication skills as well as 3-5 experience as a licensed CAM.

The perfect candidate will manage a master association (500+ units) and its 12 sub associations. Will have an onsite office with an administrative assistant, as well as an office in the management company headquarters.

Position Requirements:

* Maintain current knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes and with an emphasis on community association rules and regulations.

* Proficient computer skills: Windows 7 or higher, Enumerate (TOPPS) preferred but not mandatory, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

* Must possess a strong managerial background, with at least 3-5 years of experience as a manager managing the association and building operations, managing vendors and servicing owners.

Responsibilities:

* Perform financial analysis with the ability to reach and understand financial reporting.

* Maintain positive working relationships with owners, vendors and contractors.

* Prepare budgets, attend board meetings and direct all phases of association operations.

* Perform monthly management and executive summary report.

* Conduct regular community inspections to ensure accurate accountability of the association's condition and provide recommendations.

* Complete budget preparation, attend board meetings and oversight of all phases of association operations.

* Conduct daily community walks and monthly site reports.

Financial:

* Review and distribute monthly financials to the boards.

*Review and handle delinquent issues before they become problems.

* Issue clear and accurate monthly expense statements with all charges clearly detailed.

* Review vendor contracts and performance to achieve quality at the lowest available cost.

* Work with the treasurers and boards to streamline and simplify systems.
