Maintenance technician for a high rise condominium in North Palm Beach, CAM license not required. Must be skilled and reliable. 40 hour work week, year round position.
This is a hands on role that requires the following skills:
*Attention to detail, problem solving, abilities and a commitment to keeping the community environment safe.
* Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, contractors and furniture deliveries.
* Ability to perform minor repairs to the facility, including drywall.
Will be responsible for:
* Ability to accept direct supervision from the building manager.
* Ability to prioritize.
* Monitoring the building and reporting a list of issues to the building manager.
* Overseeing building cleanliness.
* Performing minor repairs to facility, including drywall.
* Occasionally responding to after hours emergencies with pay.
* Must live in the vicinity.
