Community association manager to manage the day to day operations of a community in Palm City with single family and multi family homes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in association management.
* Familiarity with Florida Statute 720 governing homeowners associations.
* Ability to build rapport with residents.
* Ability to multi task and prioritize.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate all grounds and building maintenance throughout the community.
* Manage the office staff to oversee resident requests and administrative needs.
* Update and improve the community to increase return on investment.
* Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
* Supervise and train the association staff.
* Enforce the rules and regulations.
* Manage the annual budget to ensure compliance and cost savings.
