Assistant community association manager for a homeowners association in Naples, CAM license not required. Will support the CAM in overseeing daily operations of the community. This role requires strong administrative, organizational and communication skills to assist with invoicing, maintaining budgets, coordinating with departments and ensuring compliance with community governing documents. Will serve as a key liaison between owners and ensure smooth operations of security, landscaping, association services and owner compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist the CAM with managing daily operations and overseeing community projects.
* Respond to owner inquiries and monitor compliance with association policies and follow up.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas and document minutes for the committees.
* Communicate with security, landscaping, association services and compliance teams to ensure efficient operations.
* Support budget and capital preparation, tracking and the invoice process.
* Conduct new resident member orientation and welcoming process with the membership director.
* Collaborate on projects impacting the community.
* Use Excel software and computer systems to track projects.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Language: Ability to read, write and comprehend correspondence, memos and effectively present information.
Mathematics: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages.
Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Qualifications:
* Requires a high school diploma or GED, bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
* 2 - 4 years of directly related clerical or administrative support for community association management experience.
* Must be able to use MS Office 2007 or later, particularly Excel and Word. Must be able to adapt to management software and computer programs being utilized by company.
* Must be able to perform diversified but semi repetitive operations following standardized methods and procedures under changing conditions.
* Must be able to sit down for a long periods of time and work in a high call volume environment. Job #13072
