Association manager for a 55+ community in North Port. Must have 3-5 years of previous CAM management experience. Excellent business acumen is required.
Oversee the daily operation:
* Assist with invoicing.
* Maintain budgets.
* Manage maintenance team.
* Interact with board members, attend all associated meetings.
* Ensure compliance through rules and regulation, as well as state laws.
* Communicate and solve problems with residents.
* Collection experience.
* Oversee law services, security and association services.
* Prepare yearly budget.
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
* Basic mechanical skills.
* Project management skills.
* Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Quicken.
* Knowledge of disaster reaction and resources.
* Technology knowledge, able to use computer, TVs and cameras.
* Able to assess and recommend positive changes in cost savings and enhancements of the community and living experience.
