Administrative CAM for a large community association in Broward County. This is an executive level administrative position. Will provide advice, counsel, record keeping and nonfinancial administrative functions. Will be expected to be an authority on board operations, applicable laws, traditional procedures, rules and regulations and serves as the point of contact for board and resident compliance and legal issues. Will manage problem resolution for the board members and residents. Will be involved with the election process, notices, proxies, minutes, violations, complaints, communications and functions.
Principle Accountabilities:
* Lead the staff, instruct, motivate, provide resources and professional development.
* Oversight and general policy direction for legally required notices, proxies, resolutions, agendas, written consents, minutes, amendment drafts, sales and lease processing.
* Research association governing documents and explain the meaning at a high level of knowledge and skill, be cognizant of and consider historical variations, legal rulings, probabilities of success or failure and provide advice and counsel.
* Speak about a variety of subjects at board and resident meetings, require experience with and behavioral knowledge of various audiences.
* Oversight for board elections.
* Policy consultation and operational interaction with all levels of management and resident leaders with regard to subjects affecting the community and general policy.
* Initiate, facilitate and fulfilling requests.
* Arrange for and personally provide training for association directors.
* Compose correspondence for association communications with residents and owners.
* Contact new residents, orient them to community living.

* Problem solving: Based on knowledge and research, address issues that are brought to the office from above contacts.
