July 02, 2025 - Assistant CAM/Front Desk Operations: $30 per hour

Areas: Naples

Assistant CAM/Front Desk Operations for a high rise condominium in Naples. Will perform assigned duties to support the functions of the manager’s office and functions of the board, as well as performing functions of the front office, including greeting owners, guests and contractors, answering telephone calls, controlling keys and building entries, managing guest suite rentals, administer website, post notices for office and committees and order materials and supplies cost effectively. Be alert to the community and life safety is a very important part of the position responsibilities. Having a pleasant and friendly attitude towards all people is essential for success.

Requirements:

* Must work well with the manager and board members and with all team members. Cooperation and excellent teamwork are very important for success.

* It is a requirement to be courteous and respectful of all persons at all times, in person and in written communications. It is further expected to maintain a pleasant, professional decorum at all times. May see sensitive and personal information about owners and staff in performing duties. It would be a gross violation of employment to breach confidential information or to gossip.

* Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., which may change from time to time.

* Education and Experience: Previous administrative assistant and front desk experience is preferred. Must be fluent with reading, writing and speaking. Must have excellent references that demonstrate dependability, trustworthiness, taking responsibility, working independently with minimal supervision, proficient with word processing, email and familiar with spreadsheet processing.

* Skills Required: Demonstrate office management skills including using telephone, computer, bank deposits, some invoice coding, filing, organizational skills, time management, some supervisory ability and excellent listening and communication skills. Demonstrate by experience, ability to perform the duties of the position. Must be prompt in reporting to work and respect the association time.

* Able to use and maintain office equipment.

* Attentive to details with proactivity.

* Have visual and auditory acuity.

* Ability to work in small groups with a positive and helpful attitude.

* Problem solver.

* Receive direction and perform duties without continuous supervision.

Responsibilities:

* Human Relations: Anticipate and deal with owner requests with a pleasant, enthusiastic and friendly manner. Always project a friendly and welcoming demeaner. Be knowledgeable about front desk functions so that assistance can be given with confidence and assurance for accuracy and the level of importance needed for owners to know matters are managed accurately and properly. Must be able to multi task throughout the day.

* Check in Visitors: All contractors are to check in lower garage and be authorized by owners in writing. Report any unauthorized entry or activity to the manager immediately. Guests of owners acknowledge at entry and if not known inquire who they are visiting and confirm entry is approved by owner in writing.

* Care of Community: Report damage to the manager and maintenance supervisor. Safety first. Assigned equipment to be kept clean and organized. Store equipment properly when not in use. Maintain safe and orderly work area at all times. Job #10691
