Responsibilities:
* Overseeing daily front desk operations and assisting the manager.
* Greeting residents and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
* Handling phone calls, emails and written correspondence promptly and accurately.
* Coordinating with contractors, vendors and building staff.
* Managing access control, package deliveries and resident requests.
* Maintaining a well organized and efficient front desk environment and team members.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting salary: $45,760 annually.
* Vacation: 1 week after 1 year of continuous employment.
* Paid time off: 40 hours, delivered on a scheduled weekly accrual basis.
