Licensed manager for a condominium in Stuart. Will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the association in compliance with Florida state laws. Will ensure the association is well maintained, financially successful and deliver exceptional service to the residents and board.
Experience:
* 1-5+ years of proven experience in association management or administrative roles.
* High school diploma required, degree in business or related field preferred.
* Knowledge of Florida Statute 718.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
* Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
* Experience in administrative tasks including contract negotiations and conflict management.
* Strong background in customer service and facilities management.
* Office experience with data entry, filing systems and administrative procedures.
* Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily association functions, including inspections, maintenance requests, vendor coordination and capital improvement planning.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns.
* Handle disputes and coordinate conflict resolution.
* Assist in preparation and management of the operating budgets, financial reports, annual budget and reserve funding plans.
* Collect assessments, fees and delinquencies, initiate collection processes.
* Review and approve invoices, monitor expenses to ensure financial integrity.
* Schedule and oversee repairs, preventive maintenance and emergency responses.
* Solicit bids, negotiate vendor contracts and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
* Maintain detailed maintenance and community records.
* Maintain accurate, compliant records, including contracts, inspection reports and association documents.
* Prepare and distribute required notices, meeting agendas and statutory communications.
* Prepare meeting packets, attend board meetings and provide guidance on Florida statutes.
* Implement board directives and manage community operations in accordance with governing documents.
