Live on or live off manager for a condominium in Delray Beach. Minimum of 3 years of experience, prefer 5-10 years in CAM management.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of building equipment and functions, including HVAC, water, plumbing and electrical systems.
* Knowledge of Florida condominium laws and regulations and Florida building regulations.
* Building project management skills.
* Management of employees and ability to interact with residents from broad and diverse backgrounds.
* Strong conflict management, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Prefer capabilities to resolve minor construction, plumbing and electrical issues.
* Honesty and integrity.
* Some basic bookkeeping and accounting skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
* Implement, enforce and communicate condominium policies, rules and practices.
* Maintain the interior and exterior of the building, including the grounds.
* Identify and resolve issues as they arise.
* Maintain office and budget.
* Assist in resident and board issues.
* Supervise all personnel and activities required for function of building and maintenance of community.
