Skills:
* Proficient in Tops [ONE] accounting software.
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* Working knowledge of office equipment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills with the ability to multi task.
Job Duties:
* Maintain employee files. Organize and keep current records. File notices and documentation.
* Handle employee inquiries, including: pay stubs, W-2, time cards, employee files.
* Oversee incoming mail. Organize AP from incoming mail traffic.
* Daily oversight of invoicing. This includes scanning, filing and attaching vendor payments.
* Research contract inquiries in regard to current and ongoing relationships and their status. Vendor follow ups on AP and year end account resolution.
* Track and organize receipts for credit card expenses.
* Answer phones and field inquiries.
* Be a direct assistant to the general manager, help in data entry or needed non management level tasks.
* Assist owners and management with tasked projects.
* Prepare necessary printed materials required from management.
