Office assistant for a condominium community in Sunny Isles Beach, CAM license not required. Must be a dedicated individual with light accounts payable experience to fill the role of accounting clerk/receptionist. Will take on front line customer service responsibilities while also handling accounts payable tasks. This position involves a diverse range of duties, including clerical work, billing, remittance processing, mail handling and data entry. As the right hand for the manager, will contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the manager.
* Assist in the processing of letters and notifications.
* Perform accounting and back office tasks as needed.
* Manage document filing and processing.
* Interact with residents and vendors.
* Keep the condominium website updated.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a role involving public interaction and accounting is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Effective communication and interaction with visitors.
* Self starter with the confidence and initiative to work independently.
* Proficient in clerical, computer and general office skills.
* Competent in Microsoft programs. G Suite/Google Workplace a plus.
* Basic knowledge of accounting and office systems.
