Lifestyle director for an association in Lakewood Ranch, CAM license not required. Must be a responsible, proactive, customer service minded individual to provide excellent service to the residents of this highly active resort lifestyle community. Will create, plan and implement community activities and events for the engagement of the community. Must possess superior customer service skills, creativity and at least 5 years of experience working in event planning or a related field, like hospitality and hotel management.
Knowledge, Skills and Proficiencies:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to make sound business decisions and work effectively with little or no supervision.
* Strong time management.
* Strong problem solving and conflict management.
* Ability to successfully work with a wide range of personnel including vendors, personnel, office staff and all levels of management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical standards.
* Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules.
* May participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain a specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies and regulatory guidelines.
* Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing.
