* Assist in association management tasks, including overseeing contractors, getting estimates and client relations.

* Manage customer relationships effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention.

* Resolve conflicts between community or board members in a diplomatic manner.

* Oversee maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs.
