Portfolio community association manager for the Saint Petersburg area, immediate opening. Will oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of condominium and homeowners associations, including managing vendors, coordinating maintenance and repairs, handling resident inquiries, enforcing community rules, inspections, posting notices, financial management, budget preparation, etc. This role involves daily communications with the boards, providing strong leadership for the associations to be managed efficiently and in compliance with Florida statutes. Must be organized and possess the ability to multi task at a high level without compromising quality. Required work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. with availability to attend evening board meetings and be on call 1 week per month.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2-3 years as a portfolio manager required.
* Experience with Enumerate Central highly preferred.
* Must possess advanced understanding of financial statements.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of budget management and financial reporting experience.
* Ability to handle maintenance coordination and vendor management.
* Strong leadership skills and professional communication.
* Excellent customer service.
