Condominium manager for an oceanfront high rise in Miami Beach. Will be responsible for the management and the day to day operations of the condominium. Will supervise the staff and care of the community and amenities. Will provide support to the board and owners, as well as oversee financial management and budgeting.
Requirements:
* CAM management experience in Florida.
* Keep up to date with Florida condominium laws, including milestone inspections and reserve funding.
* Previous experience with hurricane preparations, evacuation plans and storm damage repairs.
* Prepare the budget, oversee reserve studies and manage special assessments.
* Evaluate contractors and oversee projects.
* Handle disputes in the community.
* Conduct inspections in the community and track requests for maintenance.
* Resolve problems.
* Experience in managing insurance claims.
