Onsite community association manager for an association in Mount Dora. Will be responsible for providing the overall supervision of the community, including inspections, overall maintenance, vendor and contract management, budgeting and invoice processing. Will interact with owners, vendors, board members and committee members. At least 3-5 years of experience is required.
Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Caliber software experience preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to make sound business decisions and work effectively with little or no supervision.
* Strong time management.
* Strong problem solving and conflict management skills.
