Assistant community association manager for a luxury high rise in Sunny Isles. Must be highly skilled and experienced to support the management of the association. Should have a solid background in hospitality, exceptional financial acumen, hands on management experience and a keen eye for detail.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in community association management, with a strong preference for those with a background in hospitality.
* Financial Skills: Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial reporting and managing community finances.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
* Support Management: Assist the community association manager in overseeing the day to day operations of the community, ensuring all services and facilities are managed effectively and efficiently.
* Resident Relations: Aid in fostering positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Financial Assistance: Help prepare and manage budgets, financial reports and audits. Support in ensuring financial stability and transparency within the community.
* Maintenance Coordination: Assist in coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring the community is well maintained and all issues are resolved promptly.
* Staff Support: Help lead and manage a team of staff, providing direction, support and training to ensure high performance and exceptional service.
* Vendor Management: Assist in negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and community policies.
* Community Events: Support planning and oversight of community events and activities that promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
* Emergency Response: Help develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and respond to emergencies as needed.
