Community association manager for a luxury community in Coconut Grove. Will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the community, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction, and maintaining the association’s value and aesthetic appeal. Requirements:
* Proven experience in community association management, preferably in a luxury setting. Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of association operations, including maintenance, landscaping and security.
* Handle resident relations, including addressing concerns, resolving disputes and fostering a positive community environment.
* Oversee lease agreements.
* Prepare and manage the budget, ensuring cost effective operations. Process invoices.
* Supervise and train onsite staff.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Conduct regular community inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors for necessary services and repairs.
* Develop and implement community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement.
